Introducing Doncaster's new Black Beauty. A little 1970s – and a whole lot of concrete.
When stripping out the original shag pile carpet from within this 1970s Doncaster home, we unearthed pure magic. Original suspended concrete slabs full of the most delicious aggregate, just sitting there for 50-odd years. It became the backdrop for a moody, monochromatic renovation. We installed large-scale picture windows, custom designed and built steel doors and a bunch of lime-washed plywood ceilings (to summarise of course!). The end result? An elevated 'design reserve' for the modern family.
